And if we had a congress interested in oversight of the DOJ and ensuring that the laws it passed are being enforce they might actually denounce this administration and smack down Holder so that no state had to expend valuable resources defending themselves for actually enforcing the law. That's how we know this has now become a dictatorship. They go through the legal motions just to make it look like they would abide by whatever the courts decision was when they have already proven that they won't. They would actually prefer punishing a state which will not fall in line with their mandates rather than simply change the law. With this administration it's in your face contempt for the law and for state soveriegnty.
