  First this mayor was officer friendly with NPD, just trivia, this is his last term also. Now something many may not know Naperville owns the electric co. yep the city council are the board of directors Naperville traditionally has lower electric rates than other community's
in the Chicago land area, they buy wholesale from Wisconsin power...
Lots of history around here, they say the people up in wheaton came down and stole the county records so they can be the county seat---apparently too much devil worshiping
going on down here for Wheaton, home of the Billy Gram center they came at night cleaned house--- more later --- Endthefedandimf may know more about this also

If anything, disarming police , (until they can be trained in proper public service) would make us  safer. This could happen to you if you make Obama's list.

More Naperville info; If your somebody you can get away with anything. Officer Trotski, if I got the name right, had a DUI tossed during discovery hearing (never would happen for you or me). DuPage County Sheriff Jail watch commander had I think 10 DUI's and finally got a demotion (years in prison and no DL for us). Drunk lady Mayor I think also got off. They were the national DUI capital (may still be) and have no dash cams to dispute officers testimony.
They enforce new building codes on 100 year old buildings. Make new codes to displace undesirable poor, and mentally ill (one moved into the downtown parking garage for years). Immediate home evictions happen a lot.
Lets not forget licensing, for almost everything, as far as business goes. City hall is a dictatorship, and it's neighboring towns have learned to do the same. Just ask the Napervillians boss. He is getting screwed in every town he has property. If you value your rights, stay clear of ALL of the Chicago burbs. Don't miss it one bit. Chicago politics I guess.

If your part of the J club you can't be touched. They meet in the basement of the building with the Mason symbol on it, on Chicago Ave with a view of the river landscaping. I know one lady, who only knew J clubers, and got a cop fired for giving her a DUI.

LOL.....See, I knew it would be worth the wait to hear the background story.  Thanks guys!!  Wasn't quite prepared for the "devil worshipping" angle though.  Well, political expedience and document theft aren't anything new any more than lying.  
It isn't a thin blue line anymore.  It's a wide, deep line in the sand between law enforcement and citizens where "to protect and serve" applies only to their union breathren.  I'm going to go watch reruns of Gunsmoke now and try to believe there are still some Matt Dillons out there in corruptville U.S.A.

Yea, Price I think that mayor name was, what a lush. The last I herd about that scott huber guy is some judge ordered him to find at least a part time job, he hasn't been camped out by Ogden mall for a few months now...  
The Pacific club was/is on Chicago ave., private gambling club, the masonic temple is on jackson same side of the street though. This city does not honor grandfather clause when it gets in the way, of there progress.

The one thing that pisses me off is this use it or lose it cycle that there on, take those parks they just revamped there was an Ill. dollar for dollar match in funds and a use it or lose it clause in there too. So Naperville made sure they got there cut. With the state going broke. My beef here is they should of found alternative funding instead of taking up on the states offer---I wonder how much the state borrowed to make good on the deal...

Back on topic, still looking for that other smart meter info from a security angle this mesh topology is not that secure, an infiltrator can use software defined radio equipment to log the habits of someones household, could be useful to know when house is unoccupied or to raid the survival garden growing in basement

The J club, is the Jefferson club. I have been inside with someone who does catering. The head caterer is a homo pedophile, and ex school teacher. The Pacific club I know of, was outside of Naper and was owned by Walter Payton. I used to go there with 2 hot blond bimbos. They do gamble at the J club though. I haven't really been downtown in ten years
